This Newsflash looks at the recent amendments to the BASIC CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT ACT 75 OF 1997 ,  brought about a result of the Basic Conditions of Employment Amendment Act, 20 of 2013, (BCE Amendment Act 2013) which the President assented to late in December 2013.
