Often, a client requires legal advice of a general nature.
Where the advice sought is of a general and basic nature and the time spent on providing the advice is nominal, this advice will not attract a fee but instead will be part and parcel of the general service offered to the client by our firm.
However where the advice sought will take some time to unpack, understand and analyse and where the solutions offered are ones which will require time to formulate and present, then such advice will be provided on a fee basis which will be in line with the tariff which has been negotiated and agreed upon with the client.
